Information You Give Us Certain information you give us when placing an order (including, name, address, and billing information) will be stored on our server. We do not collect credit card numbers. Credit card numbers go straight to our credit card processor (currently Authorize.net). We utilize analytics software (currently Google Analytics) to track usage data on our site. The data collected is anonymous. It includes the Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses of our users and information concerning what they click on as they visit our site. Risk of Loss All items purchased from 911 for Kids are sold pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery of purchased items to the carrier. Returns Policy You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by 911 for Kids within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. 911 for Kids will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that 911 for Kids will issue only partial refunds for most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery and for items that had been opened, show obvious signs of use, or are not returned in the condition they were received. Disputes Any dispute related in any way to your visit to our Web site or to products purchased through our Web site may be resolved through arbitration conducted pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in Los Angeles, California, or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.
